    Rather than offering one-size-fits-all planning, we take time to truly understand your vision,

    your people, and what matters most to you.

  • We plan and coordinate wedding/bridal showers, bachelorette trips, baby showers, birthdays, holiday parties, graduations, celebrations of life, memorials, and private gatherings. Whether your family or company event is large or intimate, we believe every gathering deserves to feel meaningful and well cared for.

  • Yes. Every event and family is different, and we offer custom support based on your needs.

  • To serve our clients well, we limit the number of events we accept per weekend. This allows

    us to be fully present and attentive.

    However, please always reach out and we will do what we can to make our schedules work together.

  • Yes. Our day-of services allow you to be fully present while we manage logistics, vendors,

    and timelines.

  • Yes. We believe stewardship matters. We work with you to prioritize what matters most

    and guide decisions that align with your vision and budget.

  • Absolutely. Whether you need help tying things together or bringing peace to the final

    stretch, we are happy to step in.

  • Of course. We collaborate with your existing vendors to ensure everything flows smoothly.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Please reach out to let us know how we can help.

  • Payments are non-refundable. Full terms are outlined in our contract.

  • Booking early is recommended, though we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.
